Changyoon Byun is currently a Master’s student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology MPS program at the University of Maryland. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities in 2023. His current research interests include personnel selection, organizational development, leadership, and team dynamics. After completing his MPS degree, he is planning to apply to doctoral programs in IO Psychology.
